Im just asking because i have no idea, and every time i call the verizon people the line is busy 0.o So if i buy a phone from ebay or something can i program it to be a prepaid phone (on the prepaid cards) instead of a plan?

1) It must be a verizon phone (or can be converted to Verizon service)

2) Not all Verizon phones can be used on prepaid plan

and text a cell in the philippines from usa, and be able to call usa from philippines, will i need a special sim card for it and where can i get that? do i need to have a calling plan or can i use prepaid calling cards?…. how cheap can i make these calls .. average time of calls would be 45-90 minutes..whats the cost for text messaging? ….how do you call internationally? country code for phills/ country code for us?

I am not sure about all the international calling but you can check out the different prepaid phone plans from the major carriers at the following website. You can even click the order by phone and ask them the questions you have to see if it will work internationally and how you work that out.

I bought a prepaid verizon calling card..to make international calls..and i though the card out..all i have is the 1800 and pin to make call..anyways..i wanna to recharge the card..does anyone have the website…1800 or anything to do that? again..its the Verizon Prepaid calling card?
